Move A Muscle is our Schools & Community Programme, offering before, during & after-school gymnastics sessions in schools in West London & Surrey. 

Our aim is to offer low cost access to recreational gymnastics & provide high quality coaching to children in schools whether it be an extra-curricular club, P.E or PPA cover.

We offer a link with both Weybridge (Surrey) & Heathrow Gymnastics Club (West London) for those gymnasts who would like to take their interest further. 

​

As part of our continued development programme, we also offer access to our Coaching Academy, where those who would like to take their interest in gymnastics further are supported & trained in gymnastics coaching and mentored through their qualifications.
